Director Customer Solutions

 

Coach and mentor members of own team to help them maximize effectiveness and prepare them for possible future roles

Demand excellence in performance; set the bar high in terms of results expected and seek to surpass it

Design and develop field support structure within their Market Unit

Execute methodologies to prioritize service calls

Assign and manage territories

Develop parts and service call volume forecast within their Market Unit

Assure all Operational Policies and Procedures are observed

Develop business plans and execute against annual business plan goals

Develop manpower plans for Field Service and Installation personnel

Maintain and manage to the market unit manpower model

Oversee employee evaluation and career development

Develop and enhance operational control procedures

Manage compliance to policies and procedures of Liberty Coca-Cola

Remain proficient in all applicable areas of BASIS (Parts Management, Settlement, Planning and Service Management)

Ensure effective communication between Make Ready and Installation Supervisors

Manage the order and control processes for truck and field inventories of equipment

Track and report accuracy of vehicle parts order fulfillment

Ensure data integrity as it relates to installation and reactive service activities

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

EDUCATION LEVEL REQUIRED

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent service experience

 

 

EDUCATION LEVEL PREFERRED

MBA or graduate degree

4 years management experience
