Distribution Center Administrator
Performs routine clerical duties in a Distribution Center in accordance with standard administrative office procedures.
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE/CREDIT
• Customer Accounts Receivable research
• Sales Center Charge back
• Customer mail check requests (validation)
• NSF Review and tracking – notification to sales
• Track missing documents by verifying customers proof of deliveries
• Prepare driver’s paperwork for scanning
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
• Accounts Payable IMS coding
• Contract Tracking
• Procurement
HUMAN RESOURCES
• New Employee Orientation and On-Boarding (back-up)
• Responsible for collection, review and dissemination of original new hire paperwork
• Make sure all required postings are posted (for audit purposes)
• Prints and posts job requisitions
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
• Phone/Reception
• Maintain visitor log
• Enter donations / sampling
• Coupon tracking
• ComData tracking
PAYROLL
• Process and transmit weekly payroll within time deadlines and audit requirements
• Process payroll adjustments, uniform deductions, miscellaneous deductions
• Ensure that all forms and approvals are obtained to process payroll
• Track PTO time and missing TCAF forms
• Run daily reports to see if employees are missing days or any punches
QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Some college preferred
• 2-5 years experience in office environment required
• Microsoft Office – Proficient in Excel; Word
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be able to pass a criminal, drug screen and credit check
HOURS
- Monday 6am – 230pm
- Tuesday – Friday 830am – 5pm
(some Saturdays around Monday holidays)
